Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Your scenes remain intact, but you'll be limited to the number allowed on your new plan. If you have more scenes than your plan allows, they'll be archived (not deleted) and you can choose which ones to keep active.
Space in a bit supports Gaussian splatting files in .ply, .splat and .sog format (optimized format — smallest file size with full spherical harmonics). You can upload any of these formats on any plan.
Yes — the STANDARD plan comes with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll have full access to all STANDARD features so you can evaluate whether it's the right fit before committing.
Absolutely. Every plan lets you generate a link that can be hosted anywhere. Iframe embeds on custom domains are also supported with a simple snippet.

2. Proprietà intellettuale
Tutti i contenuti, i marchi e la proprietà intellettuale presenti sulla piattaforma Space in a bit sono di nostra proprietà o ci sono stati concessi in licenza. Ti viene concessa una licenza limitata, non esclusiva e revocabile per utilizzare i nostri Servizi per gli scopi previsti.
Mantieni la proprietà di qualsiasi contenuto che carichi sulla piattaforma, ma ci concedi una licenza per utilizzarlo per il funzionamento e il miglioramento dei nostri Servizi.
3. Pagamenti e fatturazione
Attualmente, Space in a bit offre l’accesso gratuito ai suoi Servizi. In futuro, qualora venissero introdotti piani a pagamento o funzionalità aggiuntive, gli utenti ne saranno informati e si applicheranno termini specifici per i pagamenti.
Se scegli di effettuare un pagamento per funzionalità premium (quando disponibili), tutte le transazioni saranno elaborate in modo sicuro. Space in a bit non memorizza le informazioni di pagamento.
4. Chiusura account
Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o chiudere il tuo account in caso di violazione dei presenti Termini o di attività dannose per la piattaforma o per altri utenti.

5. Limitazione di responsabilità

Non garantiamo l’accesso ininterrotto ai nostri Servizi né che la nostra piattaforma sia esente da errori o vulnerabilità.
6. Modifiche ai Termini

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our Services.
Use our platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
Interfere with or compromise the integrity or performance of our Services.
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Space in a bit platform are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our Services for their intended purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, but grant us a license to use it for the operation and improvement of our Services.
3. Payments and Billing
Currently, Space in a bit offers free access to its Services. In the future, if paid plans or additional features are introduced, users will be notified and specific payment terms will apply.
If you choose to make a payment for premium features (when available), all transactions will be processed securely through Stripe. Space in a bit does not store payment information.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms or activities harmful to the platform or other users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@spaceinabit.com.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space in a bit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services or that our platform is free from errors or vulnerabilities.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
